The electronic age of reading is now here! Although most of us enjoy holding and turning the pages of a real book, the benefits of using portable reading devices such as the Kindle™, Nook™ and iPad™ have created a huge demand for books and articles that can be read on these devices.

To meet this demand, Yellow Cat Publishing is now offering a service to help authors get their books into the exploding eBook market so you can reap additional profits from your labor. Our eBook conversion service includes delivery of PDF, EPUB, and MOBI formats.

We accept your manuscript in most formats, including InDesign, Word, PDF or just regular text files.

After conversion and publication, we extend our guarantee of the eBook conversion work 100%, so if you ever find any errors that we may have caused in your eBook we will fix it at no extra cost.

Generally speaking, our prices are based on word count using the traditional norm of 250 words per page. Here is our current guideline:

• 1 to 60 pages - $150
• 61 to 200 pages - $200
• 201 to 500 pages - $300
• 501 pages or more $400

Other cost factors that will be considered are the number of images and also special layout requirements or complexity. We will allow to 5 images including maps, drawings, photographs etc. for free and after that will charge an additional $20 for up to 20 images. Beyond 20 images we will have to closely look at the manuscript and provide you with a custom quote.

Editing and Proofreading Services

In addition to eBook formatting, we also offer complete manuscript editing and proofreading to prepare your book for print or electronic publishing.
